Founded by brothers William and Thomas Sanders in Rushden, Northamptonshire in 1873, Sanders is one of the most sought-after British shoe brands worldwide. When the First World War broke out, demand for boots was high, and the factory was producing around 6,000 pairs of army boots per week.
When the footwear continued to enjoy great popularity after the war, Sanders supplied the country with the boots.
Today, Sanders is run by 4 generations at the same location in Northamptonshire and produces exclusive quality shoes.
